Question on taxes and selling pipes and bongs on a website?

-im getting a resale license to buy pipes and bongs from ppl who make them cause they said im required to have one and they say i dont pay taxes to them since they are a wholesale company

and i wanted to start a website that actually works but im charging everything high dollar so no one buys and orders anything so i can buy wholesale from the company BUT,sell it in bulk to ppl who resales them to whoever whenever cause its just like having a yard sale and its not like its my fault they sold to a minor



BUT

do i still have to pay tazes on it?



if i do, could i sell it all to myself for the same price i bought it for and pay the few percent taxes on each item cause i would still make money off of it?



also the company gives me a discount

like 15% off when i buy 2000 dollars worth

so if i sold all my product to myself and i payed taxes on it

would i get my money back cause of the discount???



idk how much taxes would be on each item
