Before you enter Londons O2 Arena, do they search you?

-I assume they search bags, but would they search YOU!? Even if you're under 18 aswell?When I went there they were searching bags on a table and I think they had an airport security style body metal detector. Apart from that, I don't think there was anything more.We went to o2 for an xmas party. Hubby was wearing traditional kilt and that comes with a small knife that is tucked in the sock. He totally forgot about it and had it taken at the 02 security at entrance. We were able to collect it on the way out. We were obviously not after any trouble though and it was part of traditional dress.
why would you want to know that unless you are planning on taking something illegal into the venue?!?! tut tut leave it out!!
