Are there any good private Landlords in Leeds, West Yorkshire willing to accept DSS?

-I have lived in an awful area for two years. I am a working single parent, but because I will never earn enough money to cover my rent (拢490pcm) and live on while my son is young (3 years at the moment) I am a housing benefit claimant.



I know some landlords have had bad experiences with DSS tenants but that does not apply to all of us. I am really struggling to find a nice house in a nice area who will accept me...even with a guarantor. Any help would be gratefully received!! :)
